Our Directors are all qualified professionals with several years' experience in the offshore sector. We also have excellent contact with many banks, lawyers and financial institutions located in a number of strategically placed countries.
Regulation
Knights Chartered Accountants are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and our procedures are regularly monitored.
Castle Trust & Management Services Limited is specifically licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Gibraltar to act as professional trustee and company manager providing trusts and corporate services to clients. As required by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the firm carries professional indemnity insurance, which covers all aspects of the work we undertake.
The main operating subsidiaries are audited by Deloitte and are all regulated and fully compliant with EU and financial services investor protector legislation.

Our clients range from individuals requiring specific taxation advice on one-off transactions, to large multi-nationals that require planning advice on matters such as relocation and specialist taxation advice. We also administer client assets including investments and property, and assist with specialist types of business activity. We often act as independent specialists in incentivising staff at all levels, including executive and non-executive directors.
