EIFs can be set up for most business sectors. We have considerable knowledge and experience in the commercial and retail property sector, with a number of clients using Gibraltar-based and managed structures to own and control property investments worldwide.

Bespoke Investment Structures

We are also well versed in originating and operating complex bespoke structures. The use of Protected Cell Companies allows funds to be set up so that there is a segregation of assets and liabilities in different Cells in an umbrella structure with a number of sub-Funds. For example, a typical structure would be as detailed overleaf.

Sub-Funds can be used by separate clients or by a sole client wishing to promote several investment strategies. Potential investment areas for sub-Funds may include medical products and devices, new inventions, software and IT, telecoms and media based property.
