Our team is always available to discuss and service client requirements. One of our Directors is available to meet potential new and existing clients outside Gibraltar, such as London, Madrid, Paris and Frankfurt, usually within a few days' notice. We charge no fees for initial meetings and discussions.
We welcome potential clients to our offices in Gibraltar. Located in the established Europort area, we can provide Board Room and full office back-up facilities to give Funds a prestigious and secure base location.
Steven Knight, ACA, TEP, MIOD
Managing Director - The Castle Trust Group
Steven is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors. Formerly of Coopers & Lybrand and Touche Ross, he was appointed to start up and manage the Gibraltar office of Price Waterhouse in 1989. He established the Castle Group in 1992 and is widely considered as a specialist in international tax planning for both wealthy individuals and companies. Steven holds a company manager license issued by Gibraltar's Financial Services Commission in relation to the provision of Directorships to Experienced Investor Funds.
Robert Holmes, ACIB
Compliance Director - The Castle Trust Group
An associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. After a successful career in the banking sector of London, Robert joined the Castle Trust Group in 1996. Responsibilities include the management of the Group and ensuring that all company activities are fully compliant with local, EU and international regulatory standards and directives. Robert also holds a company manager license issued by Gibraltar's Financial Services Commission in relation to the provision of Directorships to Experienced Investor Funds.
Daniel Azopardi, Dip ICSA (Offshore Finance & Administration)
Director - The Castle Trust Group
Responsible for the formation and management of Companies and the set up and administration of Trusts, together with direct client contact and business development.
Daniel qualified from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Offshore Finance and Administration and was a founder member of the Rotaract Club of Gibraltar and the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses.
Stuart McKenzie-Walker, IFA
Finance Manager - The Castle Trust Group
Stuart is a qualified accountant with the Institute of Financial Accountants. Before joining the Castle Trust Group, Stuart worked as a Management Accountant for many years looking after the needs of several businesses.
